Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix together greek yogurt, blueberries, honey or maple syrup, nut butter and drop by spoonful onto your parchment-lined sheet.
Place in the freezer for an hour.
Melt together dark chocolate and coconut oil. Dunk each yogurt cluster into the chocolate, allowing excess to drip off and place back on baking sheet. Sprinkle with sea salt.
Store these in the freezer, but take them out and allow them to sit for a few minutes before enjoying!
