Chia Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1 can full fat coconut milk
  • 1/4 c chia seeds
  • 1/8 c maple syrup
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla

Instructions

Mix all ingredients together and set in fridge overnight. Serve 2 tbsps and topped with fresh sliced nectarine and 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds.
