Peanut Butter Power Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 cup large flake oats
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter or almond butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tbsp ground flax seed
  • 2 tbsp sunflower seeds
  • 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • 2 tbsp shredded coconut
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • pinch sea salt
  • 3 tbsp vanilla whey protein

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. I use my hands to mix it together well. If mixture is too dry, add a little almond milk. Makes 18-20 balls. Store in freezer.
