Ingredients
1cuplarge flake oats
1/2cuppeanut butter or almond butter
1/4cuphoney
2tbspground flax seed
2tbspsunflower seeds
2tbsppumpkin seeds
2tbspshredded coconut
1/2tspvanilla extract
pinchsea salt
3tbspvanilla whey protein
Instructions
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. I use my hands to mix it together well. If mixture is too dry, add a little almond milk. Makes 18-20 balls. Store in freezer.
