Strawberry Chia Jam

This jam keeps a week in the fridge or 3 months in the freezer.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh or frozen strawberries
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • squeeze of lemon juice

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan over medium heat, place frozen berries. As berries start to breakdown, take a potato masher and mash them up. Remove from heat and add chia seeds, maple syrup and lemon juice.

  2. Pour into glass jars and store in fridge. Use in the Overnight Chocolate Oats recipe!
