How 30SOLID Works: Simple Steps, Solid Results

Starting November 1st, for 30 days, you’ll be guided through a structured plan that focuses on these micro-habits:

In thisC30 SOLID challenge, there are 5 specific things that we want you to do daily throughout the month. You’ll receive a checklist where you can mark off your progress!

  1. Select a nutrition strategy to follow -you’ll choose a nutrition strategy to follow for the month. There will be lots of coaching calls on this so you can choose one that is sustainable for you.
  2. Follow a workout stream schedule (5 days a week/2 rest days) and do one outdoor activity every day (minimum 15 minutes)
  3. Do some form of learning (listen to a podcast, read, or listen to one of our coaching calls per day).
  4. Adopt a morning or evening routine (select three options from the lists provided, or choose your own)
  5. Track your fiber -you’ll set and then track your fiber intake daily (aim for 25-30g a day)

A large portion of this challenge is run through the private Facebook group. Tracy does all of the live coaching calls on that platform or via Zoom with our special guests. All of the coaching is recorded and sent out in the subsequent week’s email in the event that you cannot attend the live.
