Meet Stephanie Talbot

As a Registered Holistic Nutritionist and Gut Health Guru, my mission is to help find sustainable solutions for those suffering from digestive issues, so they can once again enjoy eating, without the anxiety!

I graduated with merit from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition in beautiful Nanaimo, BC, and have continued to deepen my understanding of digestive health over the last several years. My passion for proper gut health comes right from my very center, you might say.

For nearly all of my twenties, I suffered from brutal irritable bowel syndrome. When my life that was supposed to be full of excitement and exploration, one of my top priorities was to always know where the nearest washroom was—not exactly footloose and fancy free!

In this program, we will cover multiple areas of your life, focusing on nutrition, lifestyle, mindset, and supplements specific to your needs. All of these factors are interconnected, and all are integral to living a full, energized life.

Meet Tracy Steen

It is my philosophy that fitness is a lifestyle, not just an activity. To get fit and stay healthy requires a personal effort, a personal program, proper eating habits, and a positive mind. What you believe about yourself is a vital part of achieving your fitness goals! I want to consider all the obstacles that may keep you from healthy living, including your state of mind. Sometimes the hardest weight to lose is the emotional and mental kind.

I have spent many years as a clinical therapist, and although my aim is not to provide personal counseling to my fitness clients, I do think that my expertise in the psychological arena will only serve to aid my clients in reaching their full potential. I have a Master of Arts in Counselling and an undergrad in Religious Studies from Ambrose University. I started my journey towards becoming a Certified Personal Trainer in January 2008.
