Spending years as a therapist and over 10 years as a personal trainer, I have seen first hand that our fitness, wellness and nutrition are all connected.

Someone presents with obesity and the way we help them is by offering fitness and a self care plan. Someone presents with no time to exercise and we help them by offering strategies to deal with lack of motivation, planning and structure.  

It’s all connected and many times we get wrapped up in trying to figure out just one aspect that we neglect the other two and life becomes unbalanced, we fail to reach our goals, and ultimately feel so stuck that giving up appears to be the best option.

We want to help you put yourself on the list, even though it feels like you don’t have the time in the day. We will give you strategies to work around a busy schedule. We will give you workouts to incorporate when you can, and we will help you to move past the dysregulated emotions that keep you from living your healthiest life.
