Equipment required: You will require a variety of dumbbells depending on your fitness level, but typically anywhere from 5 lbs to 30 lbs. We will also use the odd mini resistance bands and something to step up on, but I always show modifications if you don’t have those things.

BEGINNER PROGRAM:

The BEGINNER program includes a one month follow along video workout schedule and the same 5 coaching calls. These workouts however are not exclusive workouts, but they are designed in a way to help you start to build more lean muscle tissue.

Equipment required: You will require a variety of dumbbells depending on your fitness level, but typically anywhere from 2 lbs to 12 lbs. Have something stable to sit on as well.
