- Dumbbells ranging from 5 lbs to 30 lbs (based on your fitness level).
- Mini resistance bands (optional).
- A step-up surface (modifications are shown if you don’t have one).

BEGINNER PROGRAM
If you’re new to strength training, the BEGINNER program is perfect for you. It includes:

- The same coaching calls to help you learn the essentials for building lean muscle.
Equipment Required:
- Dumbbells ranging from 2 lbs to 12 lbs (based on your fitness level).
- A stable surface to sit on.

Sales of all programs are final and we do not accept refunds or exchanges. The exception to this is if the program you receive is defective, in which case we will verify this and provided the defect is confirmed by us, replace it with a functioning version of the original program purchased. We do not accept defective program after 7 days of receipt.
