Have you ever said “That looks too good to eat”? Oh my, I was saying that about this hummus platter. This looks sooooo good and tastes amazing. Plus, it’s one of those dishes that is so versatile, you can create a different look and flavor every time. Hummus is quite a thick dip, so it can hold up well, even on a board, without edges. That said, if you have homemade hummus and it’s a more liquidy version, this would look equally beautiful in a shallow bowl, or even little individual ramekins (you know, the Covid-19-friendly version)!
One of my friends thought this was a pita bread dish and was shocked when it didn’t serve up with a spatula. So, offer some veggie sticks or crackers/bread on the side, and get the dipping party started.
