Well, we made it!
What a wonderful month it was to set aside a little time everyday to look at our wellness. We covered everything from spiritual and sexual wellness to exercise and mindful eating.
When I decided to do the 30 days of blogging, I wondered how I would ever come up with enough to say! But, as Seth Godin, internet marketing genius says, “No one ever wakes up with talker’s block. If you are mandated to think about something to talk about the next day, you’ll form an opinion and find something to say”. With the help of a few guest bloggers, I did just that.
And you know what? I have learned a lot along the way! I am curious, what was your favourite blog on wellness this month? I have had some clients share with me their musings and insights from a particular blog, but I am wondering which one moved you to think in a way that has the potential to increase wellness in your life? I even had a friend email me last night to say that she booked her damn test! That was yesterday’s post π
My favourite blog this month has to have been, The Genius Within. I had done a little research and listened to a podcast on the topic before I wrote that blog. It resonated with me so deeply because I always felt a pull from within to be/do more but I couldn’t quite articulate it. The last line of that post says, “Your genius is not necessarily an overt talent, but it is something that is unique to you and your world is dying to see it.” It calls on the truth that we ALL have something unique, creative and genius inside of us and that we haven’t really reached our full potential until that genius is uncovered.
Love that.
I also found that the two blogs on mindful eating ( Changing our Relationship with Food and Regulating our Emotions )will most certainly be the foundation of my approach to healthy eating and weight loss from now on. So, if you’re a current client, take a moment to re-read these and let’s start talking about how to regulate our emotions instead of medicating them.
Also, I don’t think I’m going to stop. I quite like blogging! I don’t think it will be as often, but I will certainly aim to do it more regularly.
Thank you for joining me on this journey, and thank you to my guest bloggers for their insight and creativity. Let’s continue to put ourselves on the list and aim to incorporate wellness into our lives.
