MEET STEPHANIE

Stephanie is a 2014 graduate (with Merit) from Canadian School Of Natural Nutrition. She has been passionate about Nutrition for several years before becoming certified as she struggled with her own health issues like endometriosis and IBS. Stephanie was able to overcome both her endometriosis and IBS symptoms with the knowledge she gained in holistic health, nutrition, managing her stress and implementing key supplements. She has now spent the last several years helping her clients eliminate their uncomfortable digestive issues and IBS related symptoms, address hormonal imbalances and learn simple and quick ways to implement delicious and nutrient packed food into your daily routine so you can function at your best and feel amazing in your body!

Payment plan available if needed (2 payments of $288 – first payment due before first session, second payment due before delivery of personalized program)

Session 1 – A deep dive into your personal health history where we can uncover patterns that have lead to where you are right now. (hormonal imbalances, digestive issues, unexplained weight gain, extreme fatigue) Finding which foods your body is reacting negatively to and some simple but effective first steps to get you back on track
Session 2 – Delivery of your personalized program that includes diet, lifestyle and supplement recommendations. A recipe guide and specialized protocol is included depending on what your symptoms are and what we need to address for you specifically.
Session 3 – Follow up – Making any necessary adjustments to your plan, celebrating your progress and addressing any challenges to ensure you get your desired results. Education on portion sizes, macronutrients needed for optimum metabolic health and increased energy.
Session 4 – Follow up – Celebrating your progress and making any necessary adjustments to your plan. Toxins in your environment and how you can make easy swaps to protect your hormones and gut health. Your choice of education and tips on one of the following topics:

  1. Learning how to read food labels
  2. Healthy eating on the go
  3. Stress and weight loss (and what you can do about it)
  4. Your sleep cycle and how to get deep and restful sleep for optimal hormone, weight loss and gut health
