Mindful Summer Challenge -Registration CLOSED

          I am so excited to host another round of my Mindful Summer Challenge. These two months will help you live your BEST & HEALTHY summer while navigating the many challenges so many of us face; schedule changes, hot weather, kids home, social gatherings, travelling… all that while trying to stay on track with your goals!

            Summer may have you feeling anxious about how you look or stressed about food and “staying on track” with what you’ve been working towards. This challenge is designed to help you feel prepared and confident for any situation and navigate whatever is thrown your way, equipping you with the tools and resources to balance enjoyment, fun AND your healthy lifestyle!

              STRONG. HEALTHY. FIT.

                This summer could be your chance to turn the ship around for good! Not just for 8 weeks, but really and truly for your life. What if you didn’t let yourself go this summer, but measurably increased your health, your strength, your cardio? What if you could go into September feeling confident because you committed to being a fit and healthy person all summer long? Wouldn’t that feel amazing? For many, it’s not as easy as that! We need accountability, ideas, and camaraderie in this journey. That is where this Mindful Summer Challenge comes in. What if you had the tools in your fitness, wellness and nutrition, to stay on track, no matter what your summer months look like? Here is what you can expect with Move Daily this summer:
                • 8 weeks of video workouts (either beginner or advanced -strength focused or fat loss focused). Many include no equipment workouts that you can even do while camping! These are a compilation of my YouTube video workouts, some unlisted and some published. Each week there will be a new exclusive workout, not posted on YouTube.
                • Confidence challenges to foster a healthy and positive relationship with food.
                • Learn how to navigate social gatherings and events while sticking to your healthy lifestyle and goals.
                • Fitness challenges within the private Facebook group.
                • New slimming summer recipes.
                • In depth nutrition coaching, focusing on the WHAT (macros/micros/carb tipping point/timing/glycemic index), but also the WHY behind your relationship with food (emotional eating/intuitive eating/stress eating).
                • Weekly challenges in your fitness, wellness and nutrition
                This program starts July 1st but space is limited so be sure to register before it sells out! In the past year, women who have been a part of my membership have said that it has been invaluable to be a part of a group who are all working toward the same end. It’s encouraging to be able to share wins and challenges and know that others are right there along with you, cheering you on!

The exception to this is if the programme you receive is defective, in which case we will verify this and provided the defect is confirmed by us, replace it with a functioning version of the original programme purchased. We do not accept defective programmes after 7 days of receipt.
