These protein powder peanut butter balls are nutrient dense, made with flax, and whole oats, healthy nut butter and seeds. They are chewy and sweet and perfect right out of the freezer!

Peanut Butter Power Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 cup large flake oats
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter or almond butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tbsp ground flax seed
  • 2 tbsp sunflower seeds
  • 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • 2 tbsp shredded coconut
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • pinch sea salt
  • 3 tbsp vanilla whey protein

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. I use my hands to mix it together well. If mixture is too dry, add a little almond milk. Makes 18-20 balls. Store in freezer.
