Workout Equipment: Most workouts will require a variety of dumbbells unless stated bodyweight. I use between 2 lbs and 40 lbs. Generally we are using 5,8,10,12,15,20 lbs in the advanced schedule, and 2,5,8,10 lbs in the beginner schedule.
Some of the workouts will have the addition of mini bands.
Yoga mat, water bottle, sweat towel
Optional – bench or something sturdy to step up on. I always give modifications if you don’t have one.

What’s Included: This summer calendar is a compilation of my YouTube video workouts.  I have written them into a cohesive schedule, so that you don’t have to think about what workout to do tomorrow. These follow along workouts are perfect for your home gym, or even grabbing your dumbbells/bands and heading outdoors. Each calendar will also have a number of exclusive workouts that were created for our Move Daily Membership. These specific workouts will still be viewed on YouTube, but the link will be private. Members receive all of our fitness programs as part of their membership at no additional cost.

Advanced Workout Calendar: This calendar will focus on helping you build more muscle! It is a combination of mostly strength workouts with some cardiovascular workouts. The workouts range from 30-60 minutes, with the average being 45 minutes in length.

Beginner Workout Calendar: This calendar will focus on getting you into the resistance training game! It is a combination of strength and cardio workouts to help you become more fit. The workouts are rigth around that 30 minute mark in length.
