Workout Equipment
- Dumbbells: Various weights from 2 lbs to 40 lbs, typically using 5, 8, 10, 12,15, 20, 25 lbs for the advanced schedule, and 2, 5, 8, and 10 lbs for the beginner schedule.
- Mini Bands: Some workouts include mini bands.
- Yoga Mat, Water Bottle, Sweat Towel
- Optional: Bench or sturdy step-up platform (modifications provided if you don’t have one).
What’s Included
This summer calendar is a compilation of my YouTube video workouts, written into a cohesive schedule so you don’t have to think about what workout to do tomorrow. These follow-along workouts are perfect for your home gym or even grabbing your dumbbells and bands and heading outdoors. Each calendar also includes exclusive workouts created for our Move Daily Membership. These specific workouts will be viewed on YouTube through private links. Move Daily Members receive all of our fitness programs at no additional cost.
Advanced Workout Calendar
Focuses on building more muscle with a combination of strength and cardiovascular workouts. The sessions range from 30-60 minutes, averaging 45 minutes. The schedule is written with 5 workouts per week, and 2 rest days.
Beginner Workout Calendar
Designed to get you into resistance training with a mix of strength and cardio workouts, each around 30 minutes long. The schedule is written with 5 workouts per week, and 2 rest days.

Sales of all programs are final and we do not accept refunds or exchanges. The exception to this is if the program you receive is defective, in which case we will verify this and provided the defect is confirmed by us, replace it with a functioning version of the original program purchased. We do not accept defective program after 7 days of receipt.
