Staying active while traveling has never been easier! This calendar features a variety of no-equipment workouts that you can do anywhere—whether you’re in a hotel room, at the beach, or staying at an AirBNB while exploring a new city.
For those who want a little extra challenge, we’ve also included some travel-friendly resistance band exercises. These workouts are designed to keep you energized and fit, ensuring you enjoy your vacation without missing a beat. I’ve carefully crafted a cohesive order of my YouTube workouts. Format
This calendar is 5 workouts per week, plus 2 rest days.
Sunday: Rest
Monday: 45 Minute Bodyweight Workout
Tuesday: 30 Minute or under Abs Workout
Wednesday: Rest Day
Thursday: 45 Minute Low Impact Cardio Workout
Friday: 40 Minute or under Mini Band Workout
Saturday: 30 Minute or under Intense Cardio HIIT
You will need
Avariety of mini bands. I have included 4 mini band workouts in this calendar, to keep some tension on those muscles. No bands? Do the action with bodyweight, or shop at my Amazon store to grab some before your trip!

We do not accept defective program after 7 days of receipt.
